SENIOR / PROCESS ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform process unit monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Perform scoping and feasibility study on plant improvement projects.
  • Monitor catalyst performance and optimization.
  • Carry out plant performance test runs.
  • Provide LP updating and crude evaluation.
  • Assist in plant turnaround planning and co-ordination.

 

Requirements

  • Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • At least 3 years’ experience in operation support with oil refinery/ petrochemical or related industries. Candidate without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level position.
REFINERY TECHNICIAN (3-Cycle Shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and ensure safe and efficient day-to-day operations of Process Units so that optimum operating conditions and equipment care are achieved

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology (Petrochemicals or Pharmaceuticals) OR
  • At least GCE “O” level with credits in English, Mathematics, Science (Physics or Chemistry)
  • Fresh ITE / Polytechnic engineering graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
QC/LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (3-Cycle Shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform testing of petroleum products, refinery intermediate, process and effluent water
  • Conduct sampling and testing of gases and LPG streams
  • Perform QC/QA work including calibration and maintenance of equipment
  • Perform stock-taking and reordering of chemicals and consumables

Requirements

  • Diploma in Science & Technology / Engineering or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology / Chemical & Life Science OR
  • At least GCE “O” level with credits in English, Mathematics, Science (Physics or Chemistry)
  • Fresh ITE / Polytechnic engineering graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Dragon-Boat Rowing is one of the corporate initiatives that LLP VNESHTORG OIL REFINERY has instituted to build up and strengthen our core competency on teamwork.
